Surprised by the power of this device. Removes all blackheads in my nose.Seems low power, but you have to be sure to start with the lowest power in sensitive areas (bridge of the nose and chin) or you can end with bruises (small but noticeable).Works perfect with humidity and water (don’t be afraid to use will seating in front of your steamer)

I could see that the vac accepted a charge because the charge light went from red to green. Beyond that, the on/off button didn't work at all. For $10, not worth returning. Just chalk it up to buying something that was too good to be true.

After reading numerous reviews, I had my hopes up about this device. Unfortunately I'm not impressed. I guess the suction is not strong enough to get the stuff out my pores. Also, the Dermabrasion head could be more abrasive I guess. After going over the entire face the filter didn't caught a single dead skin cell. Overall, if you are somewhat like me and keep up with exfoliating and cleaning pores regularly, this device won't make any difference. On other hand, this machine can be useful to men or women who don't know how to extract black heads "manually"

Love this handheld microdermabrasion set! I use on myself once a week. I tried it on my boyfriend and now he is hooked! Your skin feels so smooth and fine lines are plumped out.

I was so excited to use this, but sadly it didn't work at all. I sat in a steamy hot shower for 20 minutes and then used it. It didn't hardly suck out any of my blackheads. I could still squeeze them out after using. It also left horrible purple bruises all over my face, even though I kept it moving the whole time. Would not recommend.
