An amazing build!!
I thoroughly enjoyed building this house! It has THREE levels with many details in each room from items on shelves to a Star Wars themed bedroom (so much fun!) to window treatments! There is a skylight and an entire wall hinges and folds open! The instructions were easy to follow. You do need to open all the bags for each of the 5 stages and have patience to sort the many pieces by color. I bought this set for the challenge of a large build and it exceeded my expectations!! I was missing one piece and Amazon put me in touch with the manufacturer who were very responsive and sent it to me.

Missing pieces
The build quality is good, however, there are so many missing pieces that I am unable to finish. I was able to pull pieces from other sets I had lying around, but it has reached a point where the lack of oversight has stopped the build. It it unfortunate as this is a pretty good architectural piece.

Looks great!
These are exactly like LEGO. No difference except way cheaper. No need to keep giving Lego your money just for the name.

Missing pieces
The lego set ended up being really good anyways but there were some missing pieces and some pieces were messed up.

Fun details
I loved this set, it'sone of my favorite buildings. It was fun to build and has alot of detail. I only wish I would have bought the lighted set.

Missing Pieces
If you are looking for a Lego alternative, this may be suitable for you. With a Lego Set, you open 1 to 2 bags to start and go bag by bag. This one, you dump out nearly 15 bags just for step 1. While I always prefer sort my Lego pieces, this was a chore. Then I got maybe 15 steps in and I was missing 4 to 5 bricks. I did expect a higher quality product for the price, but it was not. After 2 hours of sorting the 15 bags my hands had this weird grimy feeling and smelled really bad of chemicals. I know Legos are expensive, so I was hoping to find a cheaper alternative, no luck found here. I could see this product being enjoyed by some, it wasn't for me at all.

Substandard piece quality/tooling, unstable structure
Pros:Big set for the priceUnique architecture, interesting techniques.Modular sections.Cons:Lower quality plastic, imperfect parts molding. Some too loose, some too tight.Instructions grey-out past steps, sometimes making it difficult to orient yourself.Exploded diagrams can be hard to follow.Illogical build order leave parts of the build very flimsy. There is no structural support under many of the floors. The exterior staircase is a flimsy abomination. The piece count is artificially inflated by many examples of the use of lots of tiny pieces instead of one large piece, which also compromises stability.Overall, this is an OK set, not a great set, kind of like a 'great idea' MOC that still needs to be submitted to the official team for improvement before release.
