When this steamer arrived I had to go back and check my orders to see if I had accidentally ordered the wrong one.. It is almost identical to the Taotank which I also returned. The only difference is the name and about $2. They look exactly the same and operate (poorly) exactly the same. It heats quickly, makes lots of noise, but the about and pressure of the steam that comes out is laughable. Once again, I'm surprised at the number of positive reviews for an item. Going back to do more research and see if I can find a steamer smaller than a VW that actually steams clothing.UPDATE 3/8/2018 After posting my original review, the company contacted me and asked if I would be willing to try another steamer since they thought I might have received a defective product. I agreed and they set me another steamer. This one is great and lives up to the positive reviews I had read before ordering. It's a perfect size for travel and really does the job. Worked the first time great. Depending on the amount of streaming needed it only lasts one-2 garment. Now, after about a minute of steaming it just spits hot water out of the top making it useless. Do not recommend.Update: Seller has contacted me to try to fix issue. Will update with results.Update: after cleaning (I used citric acid instead of vinegar), I fill with distilled water and it works as expected. Seller stated to fill with distilled but instructions did not stated this so highly recommend using distilled water. I also empty and let air dry after use. I have been enjoying it and issues have not appeared for a week now.

It rocks! I've used many steamers in my business casual existence. Big steamers, small steamers, expensive motorized pressure steamers, even janky old thrift store steamers.This unit has steam come out with focused force and really cuts through deep wrinkles. The small-ish reservoir and 850w of power translate into remarkably quick heating time. Holds just the right amount of water for a single set of clothes. It's easily become my go to steamer for every day at home.I did try a couple similar style steamers from a different maker. These stopped working very quickly. While many seem to have this same general shape, the GDPETS model has a better heating element. It will look bare metal and slightly larger inside. It seems the smaller black heating elements of other steamers tend to have very short lives regardless of costing more or having a ton of reviewers.

Not thrilled with this little guy. The pros, it heats up fast, it’s little and has a long cord. The cons, loud while heating up, steam stream in narrow and I haven’t seen it work really well on my shirts. Before you write me off as someone that doesn’t know what he is doing, which may very well be true, I used a different brand of streamer at a hotel and loved it. This steamer just didn’t live up to my expectations.

I hate to do the regular ironing, so this steamer is my lifesaver. It works perfectly, my clothes have no wrinkles at all after I ironed it with this steamer. It’s fast and easy to do because water heats very fast, also steamer is not heavy and it has long wire which is very convenient for ironing. The only thing I’m thinking about is that I need a special rack for using steamer because together they will do ironing completely simple and easy for me.

Worked great the first time I used it. When I put water in it the second time it “spit” water everywhere, water was at the correct level and not overfilled .. I returned it for a refund

Thank goodness for steamers. As someone who cannot use an iron without it leaking water onto my clothes, this steamer is a lifesaver. I especially like that you do not need to pull out an ironing board to iron out clothes. I just hang the article of clothing on my shower rack and get to steaming. This is a travel size steamer so it is great for bringing on the go and the included pouch to carry the steamer in is a nice touchThe steamer is ready to go in about 1 minutes and lasts for about 6-8 minutes of continuous steaming.It works great to get wrinkles out of clothes without leaving behind water stains. Cannot wait to bring this on my next trip to have fresh looking clothes (wrinkle free) wherever I end up going.

Works great! only down fall is you need to refill often - like most handhelds, important to follow the directions, only spits water if you tilt, so keep it steady and it will do the trick. Heats up fast!!
