Great supplement for a paleo/primal diet! Have been wanting to try MCT oil for a while (mainly in place of coconut oil in my morning coffee), but couldn't bring myself to give $$$ to Dave Asprey/bulletproof, and wasn't able to find an alternative with quality ingredients/reviews. After lots of research, I stumbled upon Onnit and am SO happy I did! Have only had it for a few days but I am already in love. Gives a clean, long-lasting burst of energy that doesn't make you crash later on. It is completely tasteless and odorless, and I love that there are no fillers or weird additives -- so great! I have even added it to homemade salad dressing and it works out wonderfully.As many others mentioned, START SLOW! I added half a tablespoon to my coffee for the first serving, and moved up to the full tablespoon with no problem or discomfort. The bottle was VERY well packaged, and arrived before scheduled. My only complaint is the bottle/spout design. No matter how careful I am, some oil ends up running down the side of the bottle. Other than that, I could not be happier with my purchase, and I will be ordering more once this bottle runs out! If you're looking for MCT oil, definitely go with Onnit!

I'm on a keto lifestyle. This oil has curb my appetite. I sometimes have to force myself to eat. I started with 1TB spoon a day. I'm now doing 1TB spoon in the morning and one at night. The taste is not the best. It's not available on Amazon right now.

Put it in my coffee!
