I have Phonak hearing aids that I purchased about 14 months ago from a big box membership store, and from the very beginning they caused so much ear discomfort that I could barely wear them. The audiologist rechecked and assured me the tubes and domes were the correct size and that I just needed to get used to them.Finally after several weeks of getting no improvement, I tried a different audiologist at a different store, and she suggested I try them with Resound domes. That made a huge difference, and I found I could wear them nearly all day at work, though by evening my ears were starting to get sore.Both of those locations performed free cleanings/dome replacements up until the Covid shut down. Once I needed new domes, I had no choice but to find some online that I could order. I decided to give these a try given the excellent reviews, and I'm so glad I did.These are perfect and I believe just slightly smaller than the Resound domes. They glide in and I barely feel them! This is what hearing aids SHOULD feel like and I no longer have any discomfort.I also like that these are clear, so less noticeable than the black Resound domes.One thing to note--there are 5 domes in the package. Odd given that most people use two hearing aids, and I thought perhaps I had dropped one until I rechecked the item description. :-) Now that I know these are so great, I'll just order two packages at a time.Even when my store resumes hearing aid maintenance, I'll be sticking with these domes. I finally love my hearing aids!

Was having trouble with ReSound Domes for ReSound Gala hearing aids. ReSound small dome would squeal and medium dome would make ears feel stuffed with tunnel effect. Purchased these Jungle Care varsity pack and the large 12mm domes were perfect. Easy to install on aids, fit perfectly comfortable in ear, and stuffy tunnel effect gone. Was nice to have variety of sizes to choose right fit and I will next order Jungle Care 10 pack of 12mm.

The most comfortable ear pieces I have worn. My ear canals are very small and I find wearing hearing aids all day very irritating so I don’t wear them which is not good for me. I do better with these than any before.They are very small and they must be checked for security before inserting them as I can imagine they could fall off easily but I haven’t had any problems. They leave the most skin tissue exposed so the least irritation and I’ve been very happy.The quality of sound is very good especially as I wear my hearing aids with them!!!

Getting three sizes of this quality product is genius! I could not tell what size was right, but now I know for future ordering. The domes do sound well and fit snugly on the tube.

Jungle defines MEDIUM as 9mm; my manufacturer (Resound) defines them closer to 7mm. I haven't had enough time to see if this makes any difference in comfort. Also, my original ear tips contain 7 holes; these contain 3. It will be interesting to see if it makes any difference in wax buildup and cleaning. I will revisit this review after I have used them for a while.

I know I needed to get new hearing bud/domes.. but generally just seeing them soldin 10 packs of 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm... My ear hole sizes are different, but don't knowwhich works best and this is the only company that provides multiple sizes in a singleorder, so really pleased to have been able to make the purchase.

The domes my audiologist provided were black and sometimes moved around in my ear which felt uncomfortable and itched. The ones I ordered are 9MM instead of the 7mm I had before and fit MUCH better. No more shifting or falling out and I forget the hearing aids are even in now. The domes fit firmly onto my Resound hearing aids, better than their own. I like the translucent white much better than black domes also.

These ear wax guards for hearing aids were not the right form. What would've been extremely helpful would've been closeups of a single product, out side of the plastic wrappings, from 2 angles. Had I see the domes, I would not ordered this product. My hearing aid manual does not specify size, open or closed, done or not, so I rely on buying what LOOKS exactly like my original ear wax guards.
