I tightened all the screws but it still feels unstable. It’s also not so wide so not very handy for bath towels. You pay for what you get.

The package arrived with everything needed to put together the ladder rack including clear instructions and an Allen wrench. It took less than 10 minutes to put everything together.It's pretty lightweight, which is both a pro and a con. It's easy to move and place but when it's unloaded with towels it's a little wobbly. The plastic feet are smooth and adjustable, but because the contact patch is plastic it doesn't grip the floor as securely as I'd like, similarly the "feet" that lean against the wall are smooth plastic discs. I wish they were made of rubber to provide a little more grip.Aside from the above, the ladder rack delivers. It provides extra rack space for towels and clothes and whatever else that you need to hang in the bathroom, without taking much space.

I thought I got the silver one but what I received was the white one. And while the paint is reasonably thick it still looks a little cheap. Like those inexpensive corner shelving units you put in the shower. It’s also quite wobbly which is an issue if you like to hang thick heavy towels on it. In all fairness the item isn’t that expensive so I guess in this case you’re getting what you pay for.The metal poles are very thin then the entire thing has no weight to it. You have to assemble it which is really not a problem, it’s very easy, and they give you an extra screw of each type which is a nice thoughtful thing. The bolts are fairly thick and heavy duty. But the poles themselves are very thin.I understand you don’t want something like this to be very heavy but it Hass to be heavy enough to not get knocked around every time you want to use it. And I tighten the bolts as tight as they could possibly go in the things still wobbles like crazy. Also you have to set it out at quite a distance from the wall before it won’t fall back over. This makes it a lot more obtrusive than I was expecting. Especially if you’re using it in a small bathroom you’re definitely gonna notice it’s there. I have to give the manufacture credit though because the pictures actually show it standing at an accurate distance from the wall. So it was my bad for not noticing this.The feet are actually very decent and they’re adjustable so if your floor is it quite level or if one of the legs is on a mat you can adjust that to compensate. It’s strange because the accessory components of this are a higher quality than the basic metal tubing.My guess is the black and the silver may not look as cheap as the white, I could be wrong but I would expect them to be equally as wobbly.This is just not going to work in my bathroom to hold towels like I was hoping so I’m not really sure where to put it now. It might make a good hanging dryer in the laundry room.

This is a metal rack as clearly described. There are quite a few pieces to assemble but it is super easy and quick with all the parts clearly labeled. I am very satisfied as it is useful for hanging towels, blankets or clothing which could end up on the floor if not for this. I think it is sturdy for a metal rack and find it very useful.

This ladder makes my blankets, towels, even clothing look so much neater and more organized when they are out and ready for use. It's so much better than tossing your things over the arm of a chair or on exercise equipment! It took me about 5 minutes to assemble, and it's so easy to put together that you almost don't need the included allen wrench.

I was looking for a way to hang towels to dry that doesn't take a lot of space. This works great for that. It requires assembly, but it is very easy to assemble. At first it was little wobbly but I made a couple of adjustments and it was fine. It is inexpensive and works great for what I needed.

I'm really happy with this ladder rack. So handy! I can use it to dry my clothes and also as a towel rack. I love it because it's light weight, easy to move around, practical, and looks nice in any room. I placed it in my bathroom as I need to hand dry the majority of my clothes. It's very easy to put together and can be used to hang different things. I highly, highly, recommend this ladder rack!
