We absolutely love the coverage and all the McAfee protects for our family with their software. They offer amazing options that are affordable based on the number of devices you need to cover and what coverage is a necessity for you. As parents, our worries are no longer focused on our devices being protected and secure for at home and on the go usage. As a homeschool mom, I wanted to make sure that we were protected on our laptop, mobile devices, and tablets to the best of our ability. McAfee put my worries at ease and was very easy to download and set up!I will always recommend McAfee and we will continue utilizing their software in the years to come.

I normally buy new McAfee license at least 1-2 weeks before my old subscription expires but I completely forgot all about it this time. So I just bought this new version few hours before my old one expires and I was able to install it and got everything working successfully. The only issue is that the McAfee system did not recognize and sync to my new subscription and I had to call McAfee Tech Support regarding this issue. The other issue is that the product description said "McAfee 2024" and so I expect this is the latest McAfee version but when I asked the McAfee Tech Support, she told me the latest McAfee version is 1.12 and this version is 1.11.

I was using a version of this with my internet service from Frontier. I was paying $6 a month and decided to cancel and buy this instead. It does the same thing plus more. I’m now protected but for less money. This was an easy choice.

McAfee does almost all the functions well but the beast of all is its password app. That app does what everyone needs on daily basis. Buy it only via Amazon because it has the best price. Amazon installation is a little tricky, so get the code and sign in to the McAfee website to activate and directly download.

I’m happy to renew to protect 5 computers for another year for $25. Easy to purchase, upload the code, and verify the new expiration date. Way cheaper than renewing directly with McAfee. See you again next year Amazon—thank you!

Have someone answer the phone that listens to the issue and attempts to find a solution. My call to the service desk was a total failure. We spent more time verifing my subscription than discussing my issue.At one point I asked the agent if he was reading off a script. I finally gave up when it was clear he was going to be of no help. I received an email right away the issue was resolved, how can you resolve an issue you didn't take time to understand?If the goal of McAfee and Gagan Singh is to spend the least amount of money on your support team, you are a total success. If McAfee's goal is offering a product that can pop up continues alerts that "I am at Risk", you are a total success. If the support teams goal is to close the issue no matter if the issue is resolved or not, they are a success. If McAfee's goal is to offer premier customer support, you are a total failure.My issue was not resolved by McAfee, I continued to work on it myself until it was resolved. I will not be purchasing this product in the future, might start looking to replace it right away.

This product works amazing. It allows you to not only monitor your SS but you can also monitor your email addresses. It has a protection score system that allows you to see how well are you protected? Or is your information protected online. Although I wish that the product did have a standalone software, it is wet based so it will open up in your browser. Other than that the product works great and does the job of protection your information.

Great price for 15 months and 5 devices. I bought it to update a expiring license. I added the license to my account then went to my installed software and selected the updated key which was already listed. It updated the license immediately. I've used the software for years. It works well and doesn't bog down resources.
