I will start by saying their customer service is top notch. They are very responsive and helpful. I reached out to them because after some use, for some reason the paint of the battery pack came off. I’m not sure it overheated or something spilled on it but when I told them what happened they didn't hesitate to send me a replacement. So far, I have had not issues with the charger. It charges quickly and I love the fact that it includes the cables. It’s definitely a must have!!

This has been a great charger! It is very easy to use anywhere and has a clip to attach to a bag inside or out. It has 2 different cords that can charge an Apple phone and everything else. The watch charger works great too but it has to be laying out flat to charge which was expected! I am well pleased and have taken this on multiple trips. Charging time is pretty decent too!

**Update** I contacted customer service about the issue. Sent a short video of what happened and they sent a replacement ASAP. So impressed with the customer service. Will order again.loved this charger, in fact I purchased two more because I love the size. The white one stopped working after 7 months. I use it maybe once or twice a month. Bummed at this outcome after having it for such a short time. Loved it whileIt worked.

I have found that having multiple portable chargers around is very handy! I have tried the MagSafe kind, the corded kind, and now this one. I like the fact that I don't have to carry extra cords; this already has them attached, which is super convenient! Having the key ring is also nice. I can clip it to my wallet, backpack, or purse, and it's there; there is no need to fuss with a case or things like that. So far, the battery life is nice, it charges relatively quickly, and it does not get hot. I have had some that charge super slow and almost burn you when you touch them, and I have one that will charge in about 15 minutes, so you are ready to go! This has been a nice little addition to the pack. It will come in handy in the middle of summer haying season when we drive tractors that barely have the old cigarette lighter.

I love this charger. It's lightweight and easy to charge your phone on the go. I took it with me to Europe so that I was able to have my phone fully charged at all times , it did not disappoint. And it's a rapid charger.

This device in my opinion is worth every penny that you pay for in my opinion. I use this device when traveling is very convenient. It charges my device to full or almost full or very close to food on a regular basis. It gets me through the day. I haven’t had any serious issues with the device and customer service is easy to contact and they do their best to meet your needs, so it is superb in my opinion. I would definitely tell family and friends about this device and encourage them to pick one up. They come in many cool colors and they are great to just have on the go. it also makes a great gift for a loved one or a friend too.

Since I have several different devices with unique charging requirements this is nice to have. It will charge my iPhone, Apple Watch, MacBook, AirPods Pro and many other things. It does not have a micro USB so I cannot use it to charge my Beats Solo, but that is fine. I keep it in my car so it is nearby if I need it while out and about. I’ve actually loaned it to others for a quick charge more often than I have used it myself, but even then it is very nice to have. I got the light blue and it is a lovely color and quality build.
