Mounts to standard ceiling box with ease and looks really nice. Plenty of light for a small dining nook but I doubt a single fixture would be sufficient for any space bigger than 10 feet by 10 feet. The 3 screws that hold the plastic diffuser and trim ring were a bear to line up because the 3 little rods they screw into were bent slightly so aligning them was more difficult than it should be so minus one star for lack of build quality. This is a minor complaint considering the price.

the good about these lights is that they look good and due to LEDs will likely not have to be changed while we live here. easy to install and lightweight....which is part of the 'not so good' they are plastic and some kind of very light nickel plated something so when you pick them up from the box your first reaction is -- whoa these are cheepies. but since i only have to look at them now and hopefully not change a bulb forever, they are great. put out a lot of light and don't cast shadows across the ceiling as other surface mount 'regular' light fixtures do. for the price, can't say you'd do much better.

Remember to get a LED dim-friendly wall switch. Old-school switches result in flickering. Could be a tad brighter but no more headaches with fluorescent bulbs warming up.

This is a beautiful fixture and even looks better in person.

Chose this for style and color.Low profile is attractive and provides plenty of light.LEDs will work for decades.Electrics easy to connect. (Connectors NOT included as stated in parts list)Connecting to junction box screws was a little cumbersome.The screws for the cover would have been easier to attach if they had a longer stem.

They made my house look really nice. They work well with dimmer switches.
