I don't think this is for me. I do have a bad neck and I was totally over excited at the prospect of this helping me. It gave me a few good neck cracks which was great but other than I haven't noticed much difference.

It's odd looking contraption but it really does work.

Not comfortable
I expected this to feel softer and more comfortable based on the description. It's harder than my other one and has a high profile so doesn't sit as well behind the head.

Nice item. We All need to use something like this from time to time.
This helps to remove tension..after a days work etc. You cannot use it more than 10 mins at a time. Its a great item.

Easy to use and works for me
Bought as was getting neck pain. Very easy to use and I find it comfortable. I use it 10 minutes before I go to sleep or when my neck is hurting. I think it work, the hardest thing for me is lying still for 10 minutes! Would recommend.

Not sure yet whether this is making any difference been using it for a few weeks now and not seen any improvement. So I can't recommend or not really.

Very hard and it was hurting back of neck.Bit of cushion would have made this good product
