Single (1-tier) glass shelf
Very nice shelf, but with a design flaw on installation. First off, the instructions that came with it don't seem to match the ones posted under the Amazon pictures. The flat wall brackets don't seem to be the same as what's pictured on Amazon. Did I get the wrong parts?Anyway, my problem is, the only way to mount the brackets with wall anchors is through the BOTTOM holes on the brackets, right behind the glass notches (it's impossible to use anchors behind the top holes, because then the shelf hangers won't sit flush when placed against the flat brackets. There's no counter-sink hole on the front side, so the screw head will get in the way). As a result of only being able to anchor from the bottom, the shelf can't "hang" from the anchors. The top of the brackets can't be anchored at all, so it pulls away from the wall. This doesn't look good, and will probably get worse over time.Notice the picture of the bracket I attached from the Amazon pictures. The hole placement on my brackets does not match what they have pictured here. There's no hole in the center of the brackets. Both holes are at the ends. And it doesn't look the same in every picture they have. It's just odd.

Looks great for th short time
Over time it will start sagging. The reason for that is the screws located on the bottom of the holders and not on the top. Therefore, weight on it will tilting down the shelf.

This shelf is not as sturdy as it looks
This shelf is not as sturdy as it looks. If you install per instructions, it sags off the wall (only 2 screws holding it up) and holds very little weight before it rips out of the wall. Also, the glass chips! Would not buy again.

the self I received was used not new the wall inserts still had sheetrock in them and one of the screws had a stripped head I like the shelf just don't like paying new prices for used goods.

Sturdy and classy
Item was shipped shattered. Wasn't too happy. Sent as a pair. Other one was flawless. I installed the good one and it has classy lines and looks good. Installation instructions?? Laughable at best, however you are an intelligent person so figure it out!
