.Glitter cat/older kitten collar, it will adjust from 7 to 10 inch neck size. Metal buckle and holes to adjust . There is a loop of elastic on the collars which would stretch to allow your cat to escape from the collar if he/she got into difficulty. Bell , thank you .

Funky and functional
Good quality and good looking. I took the bell off as they are very irritating and used the ring to attach my cat's name tag. The collar is glittery but has a smooth plasticised coating. On the smallest setting there is a lot of excess collar, but I tucked it into the elastic so that it is out of the way until my cat grows. My only critism is that it says it is suitable for kittens but my cat was five months old when I bought this and the collar was too big.
