Used to mend a waterproof jacket that had bonded seams detaching from body. Chosen for quality and matching to jacket material. Excellent adherence, in fact if trimming remove additional off cuts as they stick too. All pockets on jacket fully sealed and looks like a professional repair at a fraction of the cost. I needed to repair a damaged seem on my tent.Ironed this on first then sewed up the seam. Nice and water tight.

Bought to make a repair on a wetsuit. It has lasted well.

Developed a hole in my spearfishing wetsuit. I applied this tape to the inside of the suit and then used 6mm neoprene and black witch adhesive to fill the hole from the front. After this had dried I then applied a further strip of this tape to the front for a very tidy and clean repair. It was easy to apply and glues well with the iron. Note, you have to apply the iron a few times to get the best glue-up possible.

So went on well seemed really good but after a few uses it started to come away, that said ironed again and it seems to be stuck down again for now

I've used similar products before for my kids wet suits. I liked that this was wider so it should give the reinforced seam more strength and found that it sticks easily.I use it on the majority of the seams as a preventative measure,. There are a surprising number of seams and for a full size wetsuit I needed two rolls, but it is much better than mesing about with glue or replacing the wet suit every year.
