This shampoo is great. It smells better than any other not treatment and doesn't leave your child's hair all greasy. The company provide great customer service. My first order went astray and as soon as I contacted them they sent out a replacement with no quibble.

Great product . Best yet! And I've tried a few to say the least. Smell may put some off . However I'd rather have smell thank lice.

Our youngest of six children (we foster three of them) is in year 5 primary school and although she doesn't get nits as often as her earlier years, she still manages to bring them home on occasions. Catching head lice seems to be something that happens mainly in primary school and luckily for us the rest of our children are either in secondary school or college.Anyway true to form the New Year meant a new infestation of head lice and my daughter's long hair seemed to attract them like a magnet. So the other evening armed with my trusty head lice shampoo (Picksan Lice Stop Shampoo) my daughter and I marched up to the bathroom.My husband, who nearly has a complete nervous breakdown at the mere thought of a single head louse crawling over his already very short number one cut was downstairs rapidly shaving his head completely bald, a slight over reaction I think.Upstairs where the real work was going on, I washed my daughter's hair with Picksan Lice Stop Shampoo. I have been using this shampoo for a little over a year now in my never ending war with head lice. In previous years I have tried almost every product on the market that promised to deal with these little ..... to no avail, I'm sure head lice in Wales have mutated into something super resilient.I was fast running out of products to try when I happened to come across 'Picksan Lice Stop Shampoo' on Amazon and I thought I would give it a try. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting any success, especially as the shampoo is paraben and DEET free, uses a combination of vegetable ingredients and is advertised as the natural way to treat Head Lice. However on investigation, Picksan claim that Picksan Lice Stop Shampoo contains a MelAza extract which apparently by nature lice find difficult to become resistant to.Whether the claims are true are not, one thing I do know is Picksan Lice Stop Shampoo certainly works as promised ... Everytime.Out of a bottle of 100ml of shampoo, there should be enough to wash two full heads of hair. I can usually wash my daughters long hair and my medium length hair with one bottle. Also another plus point for Picksan, is because it is made from natural ingredients there is no overpowering smell when in use, in fact the smell is not unpleasant at all.Picksan Lice Stop Shampoo is really easy to use, simply wash your hair as normal with Picksan leaving the shampoo on your hair for ten full minutes and then wash out with warm water. You will need to repeat this ten days later, to kill the second infestation of lice that would have by then hatched out of the eggs that remained the first time.As I said earlier I have been using Picksan Lice Stop Shampoo for nearly a year and for me and my daughter it works every single time.Perfect!
