This is the best shape wear I have come across. I usually wear a M-L in clothing. I am 5’7, 170-175lbs and I ordered a small. This snatches you so well and lifts your butt so beautifully! It is also incredibly comfortable.

Very comfortable unfortunately its not made for short torsos. Make sure to size down for a tighter feel. Im 5’0 159lbs i purchased a Large its great for a comfortable feel all day but for a more fitting feel i could have gone down a size. I will be purchasing a medium

Material feels nice i just dont like when i sit down straight it folds my belly into 2 parts and it hurts. I love the bottom zipper for the restroom was easy to go. It made my butt look bigger and rounder which i also liked.

I like how it has a zipper in the private area to keep from having to take it on and off when having to use the restroom. I got a medium and trying it own I could have went up a size. It definitely lifts your butt and compresses quite well. I have to admit it’s a struggle to even get on the first band but with determination, hopefully I’m able to loose a few inches prior to actually needing it.
