An excellent product which was just what I need, If used as a normal pillow I found it very comfortable, but my main reason for purchase was for my husband, who suffers with gout specially in his knees and found that when in bed laying on his side he can place the pillow in between his knees to give hime much more comfort, so very pleased with the time.
