Very expensive for what they are!
I love the idea of encouraging kids to be more active and enjoying exercise, it is great for their health and sets a good example for them to follow into adulthood. For this reason, I like the idea of these cards, in addition, it provides a good way for families to exercise together. However, for nearly £20 I expected more than what is essentially 50 or so exercises printed on playing card sized cards. The pictures are fine if not a little mundane for something aimed at kids, the written descriptions are sometimes a bit vague. I was expecting something a bit more polished for my money such as larger sized cards/ clearer instruction. They are a great idea but are very overpriced. For a quarter of the price i would have been happy but wouldn't recommend them for the Price I paid!

Useful to provide ideas for exercises but a bit small.
Cards are smaller than I imagined. I'm concerned they may be lost easily in a classroom if the students are doing the exercises themselves.

Great tool for the kids workouts
Need a decent workout for your kids or junior team in a hurry? Then you need look no further. Quick use so as not to lose those attention spans. Also as you use it more and more plenty of opportunity to refine the process to involve the kids themselves in lots of different ways. As a rugby coach we needed something that we could give to the team as 'homework'. Combining this deck with some of the other ones available and we got the variety we needed to keep the options coming.

was expecting bigger cards although playing card should be a bit of a clue.

Ditch the DS, get a workout and improve school performance
Another great product from FitDeck, this one aimed squarely at kids. All the exercises are "kid-friendly" and named in such a way that makes them fun and interesting. We have used them in the gym and also as impromptu games in the garden with participants of all ages joining in and having a great time. With studies showing a correlation between exercise and improved academic performance, the Fitdeck Kids is a great way to introduce children to fitness and help them develop skills for school too.

Kids love this and so do I!
I am a daycare worker/preschool teacher. I work with children birth to 12 years old. I purchased these cards to use with our after school program on rainy days. The kids LOVE them!! I've since purchased additional sets of cards but the FitDeck Jr set is still our favorite. I've used them with 3-12 year olds and the children are able to do most of the exercises with ease. They still struggle with form on some of the moves (laying on their belly and using core muscles to lift body parts). I love that there are guides to help you choose your skill level. Some of the kids do the beginner level and some do the intermediate. I also got the little booklet of games with my set. That thing is LOADED with great ideas. If you're looking for a "no equipment" way to get your kids moving, buy this deck! It's pretty amazing. (And I get a workout at the same time! ).

These are great
I really like these. I am a pediatric physical therapist and these are great. The pictures are clear and the descriptions are short and clear. I like that it has beginner and intermediate and advanced counts right on the card so the kids don't blame me for choosing the repetitions. It also makes it into more of a game that they are doing the exercises.

Fun to use in PE Class.
Useful cards. Ordered 2 sets. The decks did not arrive with a plastic protective case as displayed (slick cardboard box instead). That may be important to someone.

Exercise & Self Determination
Purchased for a group of young men with ASD having a critical need for exercise (thanks to various medications). Due to communication/behaviour issues, overall these people are pushed for compliance at the expense of cultivating opportunities for self determination! This allows options while accomplishing the exercise goal. The clear graphics are easily understood.

Fun PE
I brought these to give a variety in myvPE Homeschool Classes. Pick a card and do the exercises can't get any easier than that. Plus I use a dollar tree time to time the exercises.

Fun and useful cards for kids
I'm an occupational therapy assistant looking for more ideas for GM games, and these cards are a lot of fun. There are a lot of different exercises appropriate for kids with easy pictures and descriptions. They are organized by area of the body they work out, but I wish there was a difficulty rating too.
