100% Washable. Simply put the whole pillow in washer(Front Load Washers), Wash with Cold Water and Dry with cool setting. This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and the product returns to its original shape. Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
