I LOVE this putty!
This putty is SO much fun! I got it as a present for Christmas and it was one of my favorite gifts. There are so many things you can do with it. I like putting half of it in the freezer for a few minutes and then taking the other half to my space heater to heat it up and then mixing the dark and light putty together. If you get it warmed up, you can also use a can of compressed air to write in it. I also like to roll it into balls and bounce them on hardwood. They are surprisingly bouncy and they can go really high. It's also fun just to hold it in your hand and squish it. This one also glows in the dark, especially if you hold it next to a light source for a little while. It's probably not as bright as the exclusively glow-in-the-dark putty, but you can still definitely see it. The tin also comes with so much putty that I can split it up and share it with friends without feeling like I don't have enough for myself. I actually think it would be too hard to play with the entire amount all at once. This is the coolest putty I have ever seen and I want to get the other types too! If you go to Crazy Aaron's website, he has a lot of different ideas for ways to play with it. I had no idea putty could be so versatile. Normally, putty is really fun to play with for the first few minutes and then it gets boring, but I'm still playing with mine regularly 3 months after getting it. This makes a great present, especially if you like to keep your hands busy. I enthusiastically recommend it!

Not magnetic!
Yes, it is fun to play with and it does change color with the warmth of your hands if you play with it long enough, but it is not magnetic. The box that it comes in does not claim it to be magnetic, but until they change the product description on the Amazon site, watch out:"Crazy Aaron's Thinking Putty - Emerald Sky Glow in the Dark Hyper Color - It'll Be Like Putty In Your Hands It's called Thinking Putty® because while you do whatever you want with it, your brain relaxes and opens up to all kinds of creative thinking. Need it? Yes. And you can also knead it. Or bounce it, bend it, tear it, stretch it, snap it, pop it. And it's magnetic. You get 3.2 oz of brand new Glow in the dark Hyper Color that is both heat sensitive and sensitive to light and dark. Comes in a 4" dia x 1-3/8" tin. Emerald Sky Glow in the Dark Hypercolor is Heat-sensitive Putty that changes magically while you play and glows in the dark - the only one that does this. It's so darn addicting, you won't be able to put it down!"

Not at all what was expected!!
I bought this for my daughter's birthday. She opened it a month after we bought it, on her birthday, and it is super difficult to work with. It is not flexible and seems to be dried out! I thought it is not supposed to dry out! She is very unhappy with the putty, as she has friends that have it, she has been wanting it for months, and she says it is not the right texture! I thought she'd absolutely love it, and she doesn't!!I am disappointed in this purchase, and wish I hadn't bought it so early, to return it!I hope that something can be done about this product as it is advertised incorrectly.

Very unique!
This stuff is pretty amazing and a great sensory tool! It turns colors as it gets warm encouraging you to play with it more and for longer. Very unique product. Worth the higher price tag than for regular putty.

NOT as expected!! High hopes
The media could not be loaded. I thought this was going to be an AWESOME gift for my 10 year old son. He has multiple other Thinking Putty's, and while he and I both adore them, this one was severely disappointing. The first thing I noticed was that the putty itself was tough. It was not pullable, stretchable, or formable like all of our other colors are. It was as if the product had dried out- and better yet? Written on the packaging is the phrase: "Never Dries Out!" *Below I have attached a video depicting an attempt to actually play with the product. However, this was not all. The toy I purchased was called "heat sensitive." This putty was not heat sensitive. There's another picture below showing the product INSIDE the packaging did not even MATCH the label!! To be clear, I love these putties. They are (usually) SO much fun. Now, I'm just not certain if I'll be delivered what I order. :(

Not so Glow in the Dark
This Product is okay. But the Putty does NOT really glow in the dark. (Even after leaving it under bright lights for 15-20 minutes). It glows but it is very faint and the room has to be 100% Dark. My kids had a problem seeing it glow. Also I don't notice much of a difference in the color change when it gets warmer or heats up. The color changes slightly from a blue to a light green when your playing with it, but its very slight.

I'll but this again and again!
The consistency is between putty and modeling clay. It's a little tough when you first get it but after a little bit it gets easier to play with. Don't expect to mold it into shapes and then have it keep its form. If it stays still it will "melt" and go flat in the tin. It's fun for my niece and very relaxing for me.It certainly does change colors. It's a light sky blue when you first get it. In your hands it will start turning a light teal. If you put it in the freezer it will become a darker blue. There is a slight shimmer to it.

I never thought that she would like this more than slime
My daughter loves slime. I never thought that she would like this more than slime. I was wrong. The hype-color of the putty really puts a twist on it sand makes it extra fun. If you like to mold things this is perfect for you. Although this is a tough putty at first, after a few days of playing with it, it will soften. The glow in the dark part is a little different. You have to put it under a lamp for about a minute to "charge it" to glow.Overall I would highly recommend this for all ages. It's a great stress reliever and fun toy.
