Very good value and quite easy to set up.Placed base station in roof and expected range to then be OK but is struggling with anything more than about 20m away especially through walls. Dropouts are frequent even with 2 bars of signal strength. Have used the 2 separate antennas included that give some improvement but had to order some more as feel the standard antenna is just not good enough.The signal forward feature works but you need careful layout to get any advantage and must have good signal to all units to be able to program this. May be best if you have a distant one to move this closer, then set up before moving it to remote location. My feeling it is better to use separate antenna and position this closer to the base stationThe cameras do give very clear image and are superb at night with fantastic range for the infra red lights, in B&W but very clear much better than expected. The wide angle, 3.6mm lens gives some edge distortion and not sure I would have preferred the normal 4mm ones. With the 8 cameras have plenty of coverage anyway.Amazed how easy the remote app was to install and get working but concerned how long Corsee will support it. Also not sure about security? Very useful and while takes a little time shows all images very clearly.As I wanted to set up all the cameras it was concerning you get no less than 9 power supplies! I checked a camera and found it takes no more than 20ma and power supplies are rated at 1 amp. Hence you can run many cameras (suggest no more than 4) from one unit if you wish although may not be approved by supplier and need to chop up cables which you probably need to do anyway.Due to large flying LAN connector on each camera I used an aluminium die cast box, fixing main box to wall and then drilling cover plate to suit the camera flange (Larger box can take 2 ). Connectors now protected within box and very small through hole through wall to carry 12 volt power lead.

Product easy to set up but 11 months down the line 2 cameras are faulty.When contacting Corsee they wasted hours of our time going through system set ups that did not workThey then wanted us to pay the postage to return the camerascustomer service seriously lacking

Great product. Cameras look robust and literally is plug and play. I wasn't able to install as the bandwidth needed would seriously reduce the broadband speed in my house (not a fault with the product rather a consequence of poor broadband connection). The property I was using this for is quite large also and has A fair few walls between where the intended position of the receiver and cameras. It made the signal weaker to the furthest proposed fitting area. It was around 5 walls that caused the reduction in signal strength. Great for a smaller property/business.

I just bought the 8x 2MP HD camera kit with 2TB NVR recorder, however I am returning it for the following reasons:1) Safari browser is not supported for p2p.corsee.com remote viewing website (says IE only) - although the advert details states Safari2) The Corsee app does not connect with the NVR unit - just comes up with password error, installed app on a number of different Android & Apple base devices. None can connect to the unit, I reset the password multiple times & also created additional logins - several hours of frustration. Network diagnostics and internet connection checks are kept coming back ok3) The signal coverage from the camera units was disappointing - before permanent install on to outside walls, I had them dotted around the house with mixed results and even with the extra gain aerials. Had a camera literally 3metres away from the NVR unit (open air and nothing in between) - was showing half signal.4) The back of each camera has bulky wires, meaning you would have to drill a cavity / hole at least 20mm in diameter to feed/cram the wires through5) NVR unit & instructions were ok - in typical pigeon chinese/english, I work in IT so manage to figure it all out quickly but someone not too versed in IT may struggleA shame as spending close to £499 on a CCTV setup, you would expect the basics to work out of the box - like remote browser & app viewing without hours of frustration with no success

good picture quality but lags terribly if cameras not close to base unit. To the point of useless... Had to buy antenna extensions ( 9 metre) which kinda defeats the object

Delivered as promised. Easy set up. Good qulity for money.Bad bits does not connect with mobile device to view, only connected once.Thinking of sending it back.Very dissaointed.

I bought it a few weeks ago. Fast delivery.I installed it 2 weeks ago, great product, I rang the seller through Whatsapp, responded really quickly. Great service.I installed it with WiFi connection without needing to connect to a RJ45 cable (provided we have good fibre optic connection). Great pictures, even at night.Highly recommended.

Wi-fi range not even close to that advertised.iOS app is terrible, doesn't reconnect if you switch apps.Cameras don't work as repeaters (as advertised) unless you update the firmware for each camera and the NVR (none of the firmware is available for download, you have to contact support).Support very poor, despite telling them I was in the UK they Skyped me several times at 3am (they're based in China). In the end support just kept telling me to do the same thing over and over.The best I ever got was seven of the eight cameras connecting, most of the time it's six.You can't connect it to an existing wi-fi network.I've asked them for a partial refund but they just ignore me so I think I'll return it to Amazon for a full refund.Overall very disappointing, at least it's relatively cheap.
