Excellent product, but
The bolts were advertised as complete with nuts and washers. But there were no washers in the packet. Most disappointing, and frustrating.

Not as described- no washers
I see this is an ongoing problem that whilst the product is good it's not actually as described. They don't automatically send out washers with them as the picture implies should be there...On asking for the washers they do send them out ......but it just feels dishonest that they only send them after customers have been disappointed and made to ask for what was advertised. This is annoying because it can hold up projects and jobs being done plus it just feels kind of scammy...

Bolts are fine but no washers. Messaged to ask if they should have been included and was told that they were andsome would be posted to me. Don't bother, now bought replacements.
