I use these for small projects. Wood is easy to cut.

Just as described. Do your cut/fill test, this is pretty sturdy. Nice and flat.

These basswood sheets are three ply, but only measure 11-13/16" x 11-25/32" and are 3mm thick. The basswood surfaces are smooth and generally blemish free. I cannot tell what the inner core is actually made of, but I did not come across any major or annoying voids. The edges were slightly darkened and look like they were probably cut to size with a laser rather than a saw. Most of the sheets remained flat but I did have a couple that bowed some immediately after opening. This 12-pack of sheets though is an excellent value per sheet if using for crafts and various projects.

Nice quality

Nice smooth surface that is consistent across the boards. Its very lightweight and easy to work with. It has less stray fibers and is cleaner cutting then other types of plywood. The boards were all flat with no warping . Good source for hobby wood.

I've recently gotten into laser engraving and I'm trying to build up some materials. When I ordered this one I was really just expecting some decent practice wood, but its actually pretty nice quality. It cuts smoothly and engraves beautifully. Its very strong and the color is stunning.

Was working on a project that needed the sheets to be exactly 12x12. They are not. They are 11.75” x 11.75”. Quality was good but dimensions is what knocked the rating down.

Used these boards with my laser to create a puzzle as a gift. It worked well - good thickness for my use. picture adhered well to the wood for the puzzle, too. We had to air out the puzzle for several days, as well as remove ash from the sides of the peices with vinegar and paper towels
