Description
- Thin but strong non-woven mesh does not absorb delicate flavors the way thick coffee filters do.
- Size can vary slightly w/ different batches, but averages 10cm x 12cm (just under 5" by 4"). Capacity of these large teabags probably over 1/2 cup which would equate to over 1/2 ounce of fluffy loose tea or flower petals or 2 oz of ground coffee (or even more). This will make several quarts of tea (at least); and 2 oz of ground coffee will brew a full 10-12 cup carafe of coffee (ie: make your own full pot coffee pods!)

- This variety has a drawstring for sealing. They can also be heatsealed with a professional impulse sealer, after which the drawstrings can be snipped off. Home heat sealers (ie: curling iron) are not guarantee to seal this type.

Fill your own tea bags with loose tea instead of using metal tea strainer. Or use to create your own custom coffee bags or sachets.
