This chair assembled really easily (did it on my own) and everything works. It fairly weight. Castors run smoothly on carpet. The recline goes back to a comfortable angle and headrest and lumber support are at the correct height for me . (5'3") Seat depth is just right at shallowest setting so my back is against the seat back. Very easily adjustable arms mean I can rest my elbows when typing. Has made a massive difference to my WFH comfort. ( Back and shoulders are thanking me!) Very pleased.
