Rat Race Black Thermal Traquair Running Glove - Touchscreen friendly, Reflective and Lightweight - for Men and Women

I bought these to be tight fitting, which they are and also to be able to use my phone. They are great, but they do not give warmth - but I didn't buy them for this purpose, just to keep the chill out. However, when the weather turns and I walk the dogs I have to revert to fleece gloves etc. Just thought I should point out the obvious!!

What I like about these gloves is that they are clingy to the hand, provide a fair a amount of grip, they feel okay to touch/wear, the design is good and the touchscreen tips are responsive (although, unsure of how long it will remain that way as they've only had under a month's use) but these do not keep my fingers/hands warm at all, when temperatures get significantly low.I feel that if the gloves were either thicker or had some sort of thermal inducive inner lining, then they would have been top notch gloves.They're decent gloves overall.

I have quite small hands, feet, head etc so struggle with accessories (even the ones that say they are small). I just wanted some very thin gloves to keep the chill off my fingers when running in UK weather and got more than I even thought I wanted with these gloves.They fit really well (size small) and the cuffs are snug so no flapping at my wrists or weird and bendy finger tips. They are lightweight and work really well with my touch screen and the grip is surprisingly good. These are perfect for my need and I’m a lot happier than I expected to be from a pair of gloves!

Son really liked these, but the seams very quickly started to come undone

Fit close to the skin like I wanted. Looked tiny when I got them out of the package (I ordered a medium - my hands are just a little over 7 inches from middle fingertip to wrist) but they fit perfectly.The grip on the fingers and palms is brilliant and my hands stayed surprisingmy warm running around an ice field for bootcamp :).

Very poorly made. Most seams have split, requiring me to sow them back together. Mostly along the sides of the palm, but also some between the fingers. And that’s just from big standard running in the cold - not exactly roping down the sides of a skyscraper. Clearly not suitably rugged, as one would expect for a ‘Rat Race Adventure Sports’ product. Just marketing tat.

So comfy and easy to use

These are very thin and flimsy gloves. They don’t keep your hands very warm at and they fell apart after I wore them 4 times - once to the pub and three times on a run. Worst quality gloves I have ever bought. Return period is only 30 days and they fell apart just after this so couldn’t return via Amazon and contacted Rat Race directly 3 times but have been completely ignored. Total and utter rip off. I barely touched anything on the few times I wore them, and I don’t think they would make it past the first obstacle on an OCR race !!
