Nothing positive about this mop. Started falling apart with first use. The teeth that hold the mop started coming off. They lid fell apart. Add poor customer service and it’s just a all around terrible experience. Buy something else and save your time and money. Definitely sending this back immediately.

I really liked this mop except the leaking bottle.... when the handle broke after 2 uses I cried.... I really feel you should refund my money. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and this causes a financial hardship for me. I do without food to get another mop.... NOT FAIR!!

One day, hanging on the wall, the head just broke off and landed on the floor. No way to repair it and I hadn't had it long.

Really bad quality. The spring in the sprayer is loose. Cheaply made. Feels really flimsy.

I have barely had this product for 2 months and the handle broke in half today. Also, the nozzle clogs and now only comes out in a stream. Very, very disappointed! Save your money.

Spray trigger does not work and mop leaks.

I liked this mop to begin with but within a few months it started leaking. I just threw it away because it was leaking very badly & getting my carpeted floor all wet in closet where it was stored.
