See update on bottom:I spent weeks reviewing shower options online to use in my tub to shower conversion. Somehow I landed on this one, and so far not very happy about it.They provide an installation manual, but it doesn't provide any directions once so ever. It provides a few illustrations for review, but nothing step by step to ensure proper installation. Overall, except for the shower wand hose, the material looks solid, the shower head and wand are made of some type of high quality plastic but the valve and extension pieces are metal and seem well-made. The hose for the wand is just a black rubber hose. I'm hoping this is a mistake because it looks awful and there is no way that I can have an ugly black rubber hose on the exterior wall of my beautiful walk in shower.Hopefully I'll be back with an update and a correction.EDIT / UPDATE to Review – Changed from rating of 1 to a 4.I was not happy initially, I'm sure some of it came from frustrations due to the lack of actual directions. However, These guys have actually gone above and beyond to take care of me since expressing my concerns to them directly. I don't like that they don't have a phone number to call but they do get back to emails within 24 hours. Changed from rating of 1 to a 4.They sent me a new shower wand hose (which is much better than the rubber hose originally sent) and recommended a slider bar for purchase. They resent the original directions which are still not helpful at all, but after watching a dozen YouTube videos and familiarizing myself with the products I did figure everything out. The installation was actually quite easy. I still need to finish the shower pan, walls, etc. before I can get an idea on the final performance, but it's all in and passed the pressure test, so hopefully good to go.

The faucet set looks great. It was missing a shower arm flange. I contacted Gabrylly immediately, and their customer service was on top of it. They responded quickly, and within a few days I had the missing part. Amazing customer service and communication.

The shower system works great and provides a really nice shower spray from the wand and rainfall heads. It was easy to install, and their customer service is over the top as they were very supportive and resolved a minor issue quickly. And it looks great.My 1st encounter was a question from their directions. They responded the next day clarifying my concern.The 2nd encounter was a minor issue with the shower wand holder (mount to the wall). Again, they responded immediately and once they knew the issue, sent a replacement part express mail.I can truly state that this is a good company to buy products from and that their customer support and communication is outstanding.My other recommendation is to contact them directly via email and not through their website portal. The direct email (jierui-us@hotmail.com) is what is monitored and managed.Thank you

This is a great shower assembly and works very well once installed. I love the aesthetic and the matte black looks very clean.Both shower heads work very well and you can use both at the same time or either at once with more pressure using the mixer valve.My one complaint is the install instructions were pretty bad. Very poor illustration and the instructions are not very specific or thorough.One example of poor instruction is the elbow they provide that connects to the mixer valve water supply and goes to the handheld shower head. The Elbow fits extremely tight to the finish tile and does not come with any sort of extension to provide some wiggle room. What I learned is that it only uses about a quarter of the threads until it gets a tight fit to the tile and contains a water tight seal when paired with a generous amount of Teflon tape. The key is making sure the female fitting at the end of the mixer valve supply that the elbow threads into is at minimum flush with the cement board and more ideally almost flush with the finish tile. The instructions on this elbow is almost non-existent.The end result and the quality of the product outweighs the difficulty of install due to poor instructions.
