I found myself having to reach in and do so much by hand that I began to thing I would almost be better off with a small hand mixer. I would love to find a stand mixer where the beater captures all ingredients, reaches the sides enough to pick up added liquids and incorporate them without me having to stop and do so much of it myself. What would be the point?I needed some time to see if this was going to be the mixer I have wanted, and reviews seemed to indicate it was. Today I finished a ginger cake by hand which went faster and more easily after all. I have been cooking and baking all my life so I know when something is more work than help. Can't return it any more, but will give it away. Bummer.

When my mixer broke, I went to order a new one and I found this new brand. This is better than my last mixer because it has the sticky pads on the bottom where it sticks on the floor so it wouldn’t move around while the mixer is on. When the mixer make the dough, it comes out the desired texture so it’s smooth and mixed thoroughly. It makes baking much faster and easier for me. The bread turns out very soft, chewy, and yummy.

This stand mix i have used for four times already since it comes. it's very powerful and easy to control. first time i used it for make dumpling dough.it used took me a hour to mix it by hands. i just can't do it anymore since i hurt my back. but this mixer works very well and only half hour the dough is ready to go. just make sure just add a little bit more water is better to mix it. Now we used it for bread and pizza doughs it also works perfect. make sure adjust the speeds when you doing different projects. it also come with different heads so i can mix all kinds of ingredients not just flour. this is stand mixer is perfect for home use at this price range. My wife likes it so much when i bought it cause mix flour to make doughs is the most difcuclt job in the kichen:)

I am a housewife,so my job is cook the best food for my family. And I bought a lot of Kitchenwares for helping me, this stand mixer is one of my friends. So let me share experience about this mixer. It has stainless Steel bowl, it’s very easy to clean. It has 6-speed and 3-shapes, It can be used for eggs mixer,healthy salad dishes,dough. Pretty good powerful function. Right now It can't be without it，because It makes me earlier and save my time when I make meals a day! Love it!

I got this product to replace an old standing mixer that I can’t find all the pieces to after a move. I love it so far - I’ve made a couple things already. It’s easy to setup and to use and the attachments are great. I love how large the bowl is- I made a double batch of bread this evening and it did just fine. I got it very quickly and am glad I purchased it!

This has made a huge difference in my baked goods and I spend less time scraping the bowl like I did with lower power mixers
