I've been eyeing another 'alignment' mat that is nearly 3x the price of this one, but couldn't justify the spend. This mat is awesome! First of all, it seems to be very well made. It's actually the heaviest yoga mat I've ever had - weighing in at around 6 pounds! Yes, it's THAT heavy. The top layer is super sticky. I didn't slip at all last night in my Bikram class - and I did the entire standing series without a towel in place. At no point did the sweat make the mat slippery. The alignment lines are awesome - they especially helped my triangle pose. One note: You can't just 'wipe' this mat dry, you need to hang it - which can be tricky because it's so heavy - I had to hang it over the shower curtain rod. It's too early to tell how durable this mat is, but for now, I'm happy with the purchase!

I liked using this mat. It is grippy and definitely helped my postures during hot yoga, I do not enjoy using yoga towels. However a tear appeared after only using it 3-4 times. I am still giving it 3 stars because I liked using it, it didn't really stain and does not have a strong rubbery smell but definitely isn't durable for the price.

This mat is amazing. Totally non slip, thick enough for good cushion for your knees, and the markings are great to help me with my positioning. I’ve been practicing 5x a week and it is holding up well. Great price for the quality.

This is a high-quality Yoga mat, and it is not sticky or slippery when you get sweaty. More importantly, compared to some other cheap Yoga mats used, this one doesn't make any noise at all when you move your feet from one pose to another. It is also heavy, 5-6 pounds. The good thing is that it comes with a perfect size travel bag so that you can carry it easily. Cannot tell about the duration so far, but I am satisfied for now.

Very disappointed and frustrated because I like the design, color, and texture. But I don’t pay this much for an item that is defective. There’s a place where you can see a bubbly wrinkle where the top isn’t fully attached to the lining. I used a time or two and the seperation increased, so it would only be a matter of time til it’s unusable. Maybe I got a one off- but this is more than some mats I’ve tried and I expected flawless construction.

Great yoga mat for everyone! Even comes with a cover, so you can carry it anywhere you go. This yoga mat has a natural, grippy rubber base and matte polyurethane top. It’s not so sticky it catches you while you’re trying to switch positions (like the Hugger Mugger Para Rubber did), but was grippy enough to keep us stable even during hot yoga sessions.
