I like that they are way cheaper than phone stores. i like that they are retractable and so far after a month they still retract.I love that i dont have to have something wrapped around and in my ear all day that hurts my ear (standard Bluetooth set) These i dont even feel around my kneck, when i get a call it vibrates and rings in your ear if you leave the bud in. I dont, i just pull the bud out and put it in my ear when i get a call. EXCELLENT Value bluetooth. I had the kind that the earbuds are put away magnetically but they would always fall out. and this set weighs half as much as my old set so you can barely tell your wearing them

SDICL does it AGAIN!!! I have an older set from this seller, that still works amazingly well. HOWEVER, when I saw this set, I HAD to order them! By far, this is the BEST set of neckband head phones I have ever had! It has amazing clarity of sound coming in, and callers on the other end hear me clear as a bell. Instead of a rigid neckband, it is silicone. That allows for unbelieveable flexibility, it keeps the set sweat-proof, they are super light weight, and don't kink my hair! This is definitely the "next generation" of neckband headphones! They are also intuitive, the buttons for each function are placed right where you would naturally reach for them. The bluetooth connects easily. I also love that the string holding the earbud piece is substantial, not like other companies who use thread so thin, they break whenever your try to retract the buds. These are perfect in every way, like all SDICL products I have owned. Their customer service dept is so concerned with quality and customer satisfaction, I know any unforeseen issues would be handled with caring professionalism!

These things drove me crazy and I finally decided to return them and buy different ones. First of all, I almost immediately turned it into Chinese voice mode and could figure out how to change it back for a long time. But even when I did figure out how to change it back to English the things talk way too much. I don't want my headphones to talk to me that much.There's a whole string of words that it says every time you turn the things on (I can't even understand some of the words and the voice is loud and unattractive). Then it gives you more voice feedback when you turn them off or connect to anything at all. The first time I used them I was listening to something and driving and this voice started talking behind my music. I thought that I had broken into another radio line from a passing car but now I realize it was just the headset talking to me.If I could get them to shut up it would be fine...although there's a resting soft static in the background. It's not loud static but it's not silent either. It's just enough of a background noise to let you know you're definitely connected to something electronic.The earpieces do retract appropriately (so far) BUT every time I pull them out while the band is around my neck the little retractor pieces pinch my neck. I have to pull the earbuds out away from my neck to keep that from happening.

I love the color because it was something new and different. I haven't even had these for maybe three months and now both of the speakers have went out. It also takes a while to connect. I'm so disappointed because I love the color.I need to add to my review , when I sent in my review about the Bluetooth I never thought the company would get in touch with me about my Bluetooth. They got in touch with me the same day and they replaced my Bluetooth without me even asking and unfortunately those didn't work either and I let them know that as well and once again they sent me some more and these are working.Even if these stop working I want to commend this company because they have given me excellent customer service and never once complained about helping me. So for all of their help I'm changing my rating because they have given me 5 star sevice

This is only the second brand of neckband headphones that I have tried, but I really like them. Not only are they affordable, but they look nice and they have great clarity. Since the earbuds retract, I don't have to worry about wires slipping out of tracks anymore. The most amazing thing about this item is the customer service department. I somehow changed the language and tried fixing it by going on YouTube. Wrong answer. Two nights later I contacted the seller. I should have done that in the first place. I woke up to find that I was emailed the same night with clear instructions on how to fix the problem. They are AWESOME!!!!!!!! I'd recommend this product and definitely this seller.

LOVE these headphones! I wish they were a little louder but other than that awesome! The phone is nice and clear so thats a plus! Came packaged very nice, I defiantly recommend if you are looking for that perfect pair! I normally don't write a "review" but I know how hard it is to find good bluetooth headphones. Stop looking. PURCHASE THESE!

For some reason this particular headset has the need to announce the battery level at high - medium & low. Not just when I'm turning it on, but randomly in the middle of a podcast. I'm not a fan of the controls either. I don't use Siri, but almost any button click on this set will get me to Siri, even if I just want to end a phone call and return to the music or podcast I was listening to before that call.

I like these headphones a lot. They are functional fold away when not in use with easily accessible controls. The sound quality of my phone calls and audio books is good with a wide range. I get good reception as a walk around doing my housework.
