I ordered a large and MEANT to order an Xlarge. I sent an email as soon as I realized MY mistake. I got a phone call that night and after discussing my situation, an Xlarge was sent the NEXT MORNING!!! I never write reviews but the customer service I received, deserves to be shared from the mountain top! Also, this does not need to be removed for them to potty as another reviewer mentioned. They can use all bodily functions while wearing it which makes it so unique. It keeps my floors and furniture clean and my dog protected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A bit of a pain to take on and off since they can't use the bathroom with it on. But it does it's job.

I ordered the PABS System directly from the manufacturer. Talked with representative on the phone and was completely satisfied with the customer service. The product is well made from a manufacturing standpoint. However the design could use improvement. Once we got the adjustment down it is easy to put on and take off. That said, I don’t use the method described in the directions. Put the collar and belt on first. Then slip the tail through the loops between the pouch and top clips. Then do the legs, and finally the bottom center strap. This is where the design flaw is. Dog can’t pee without soaking the whole apparatus! So you are taking it off and putting it on several times a day. I don’t know how to fix this, but if she pees while in the thing, it’s really disgusting.As for the pads, they are very expensive. After burning though all that I bought quickly, I decided to get creative. Number 2 cone coffee filters are almost exactly the same size and dimensions of the pads, I put two in the pouch and change them when needed, two of three times a day. Works great.

I have owned several dog breeds from Newfoundlands, Rottweilers, Great Danes, and mutts. I have tried just about everything to control the bleeding in the house. Most of the diapers tend to slip or my dogs pull them off, leaving a bloody mess through the house and pads scattered across the floor. This system has been WONDERFUL and Dexter is great to work with! He designed a system that fits my dog. The pads slide in and out easily. I was concerned that when I left the house, she might chew the straps off, but she is comfortable enough that she has not messed with them at all! While it does say that your dog can use the restroom through the system, I unclip mine and let her go and then easily clip it back on. She doesn't like to stay outside. This system is perfect and I don't even have to worry about my furniture now!

This is a great product. My 7 month old GS puppy went into her first cycle. I also have an adult male GS in my home.My intention is to breed her once she has matured. Needless to say the male didn’t agree with this plan. Without PABS we would very likely have an untimely pregnant and too young female on our hands. This is an effective system. I really appreciated the service and genuine concern that was given by Dexter at PABS. He went out of his way to help during and after my purchase.Thank You Dexter!
