Works!
I was skeptical seeing adds for this on instagram, but i found it on amazon for half the price so decided “why not”. I have absolutely NO core strength so I can’t do this for too long before I start shaking and crash, but my boyfriend loves it and he can do it for awhile but even for that boxing gym nut this is hard for him to do everyday. You definitely feel it the next day!

No workout book, no diet manual
None of the items described came with my order...no diet book, oh and the " work out book" is nothing but a page of blurry pics of people using the equipment. Do not buy this.

Very compact. You can bring it anywhere. I’m glad I bought one! Just started using so can’t show any abs yet 😆 will get there eventually.

Nob broken

Poor quality made of plastic and breaks
The product is great in principle, its a great tool to train for the 10 minutes it worked but I just feel the quality isn't up to scratch. It arrived with broken clips, the seller kindly sent me some replacements but during the first time using the product one pinged off and was broken. The clips are plastic and just think it's a design issue as any kind of resistance it just going to break the product and that is the whole point of an item like this. The seller is brilliant and I can't fault them - the product is of poor quality.
