It’s not what it says on the box!
This comes in a box with instructions for Acne support. However, as I didn’t buy it for that I contacted the vendor who explained that it does spider veins etc. They kindly sent me a full refundI’ve used it on my sons spots and so far so good. It doesn’t heat up so don’t panic about burning x

I have just received the vein eraser and I still have to test it, it does not feel strong, but it feels and looks safe to use, but one has to be careful with this blue light, but it looks elegant, and after I use it for some time I will tell.
