Great knife and great price! Buy this knife and you wont be bummed!
I rarely leave reviews because I never have time, but I've been collecting knives for 20+ years and I have blades ranging all across the price spectrum. I own knives that go from between $20 all the way up to $1,000+, and this knife really impressed me. I've been carrying a stainless fixed blade knife as my EDC for the last 2 years, before that a custom knife by CN Hensel and before that a Boker arbolito, before that a Benchmade. I was looking to change things up and perusing D2 Steel knives and came across this company... All I can say is Wow. I was prepared for a total pile of crap for a sheath, but no, the sheath is THICK, leather hide, the kind I would use to make my own sheaths. The blade is way better than the stupid description, the construction is solid, and it even comes with a fire-starter!?! What a smokin deal! Honestly very surprised at the quality in this knife! I will wear it every day and put it through the ringer in my shop, and I am HARD on my knives, they get banged into metal benches, scraped on the ground when I crawl under a car, and used to cut everything from rope to boxes to gasket material to cutting kindling and making tinder and fuzz sticks when I go camping. If I haven't made an edit to this that the knife blows then you know I am still happily enjoying the blade!

Wow. Just wow! This knife is built like a tank.
Wow. Just wow! This knife is built like a tank. An Excellent value. It is well build and holds an edge really well. I mostly use this as an all-purpose knife. It is excellent in the field as well in the kitchen to chop up big game or fish. It's a bit too heavy for me to lug around, but I have other knives for bushcrafts. My only beef is the sheath. It's big and bulky, and impossible to secure the knife. I wish it had come with quality sheaths like CDS/Jeo-Tecs (CFK, please take note!). I wouldn't mind paying extra for a sheath which secures the knife well. Anyways, I mostly use it in the kitchen, so it really isn't a big problem for me. Over all, an excellent value. I would recommend this knife to anyone in a heartbeat.

NOW that's a knife!!!!! great balance in my opinion. Came very sharp, a perfect bush craft survival blade. I see some guy is blasting this maker on some knife forum site..... WELL IT IS GREAT! knife forum dude go away. If you want to spend $400 on a knife that is a work of art and NEVER use ok, go ahead. But if you want a KNIFE this is it!!!!! LOVE IT I am buying three other styles from this maker.

Too heavy to carry. It's a chopper, not a bushcraft tool.
Decent for a cheap, heavy, unbalanced tool. Blade was not sharpened to the hilt as pictured. An hour with a file will solve that issue.

This is the best knife I have ever owned
This is the best knife I have ever owned. I am 22 and I will have this knife the rest of my life. I originally got it because I plan to do alot of prospecting and the northwest mountains are full of wild animals. this knife is stout, long and thick and may just serve as a second source of protection.
