Look over choke lever and tube connections very carefully
I put on a 1977 honda ct 90. The biggest problem was the nipple for the tube for draining the carburetor. The original carb nipple comes out horizontally and new carb comes out straight down and you cant put the drain tube on. Also the choke lever wouldnt work because it bumps into the plastic molding. The original choke lever worked from the bottom of the throw and new one worked from top. So I had to cut the drain nipple so it wouldnt hit the motor and i also cut the choke lever to get it to work inside the molding. Also the carb does not come with the studs to connect to the neck. You can not take the ones off of the old carb because the threads arent the same. The hardware store near me magically had something that worked. So be prepared. On a good note the motorcycle started and runs excellent.

Well made but the overflow tube is downward instead of ...
Well made but the overflow tube is downward instead of facing back. The overflow hits the engine housing when installed. you could partly cut the overflow tube off so that it does not hit the engine housing. 1971 Honda ct90 K3. I will just keep the carb for parts.

Another non fitting carb
So, like in my last review, I have been through 3 different carbs that are supposed to fit the Trail 90. 2 of them, the cable inlet was way too high and would not fit under the frame. This one, the mounting holes did not line up. How can you say this is for a bike it wont even fit on????

but works fine.
Didn't line up to the original....had to modify it to work, but works fine.

Intake size
The Air Intake on this Carb does not fit the rubber tubing from the Air Intake Plastic Cover. It is much to small and I will need to do slight modding. There was also no indication of a part no. on the item at all. This item also had no stud for mounting to the engine so be prepared to use your originals or buy new ones.
