50 Golden Greats

I liked because the songs they play are the ones I learned to play a "few" years ago.

Legendary music from a legendary and highly influential band. Too bad their albums aren't too popular in the US, and vinyl it's hard to find. This CD will do!

I love the Shadows, but here the producer should have gone with the "40 Golden Greats" and not tried to push the count to 50. Like all musicians the group had its off-moments and there are a few here that should have been left unearthed. Still a fantastic buy if you like their sound.

Can't get any better except perhaps a DVD, (I have that too). Recording is tops. Totally British compared to the Ventures which are purely American. Both great guitar groups that bring back great memories of high school days.

From a time when great guitar themes were everybody's favorite. If you like Duane Eddy's music and the Tel Stars, you'll love this album. Super memories from the 60's by a unique group very popular in England.

No music collection is complete without The Shadows and here is some of their very best. What a fantastic collection of music. Great quality, no fillers! This album is sure to get lots of play time in your stereo.
