Dash Cam for Cars, PORTOCAM T17 1.5" LCD HD 1080P 140° Wide Angle Mini Car Dashboard Camera with G-Sensor, Loop Recording and Night Vision, SD Card Not Included

Dunno why but this dash cam stopped working after just a few months. We tried a new cord, tried all different kinds of ways to power it on with plugging into computer, usb outlet in wall, car outlet, etc. Nothing. What really sucks is this was a Christmas gift for my mother and now she's looking at me like, "fix it" and there is no fixing it. My customer support and return windows are already closed so I guess I just eat the loss and buy her another one of a different brand.I have one of these in my car as well and have had it since April 2018 and have only had to replace the charging cable once when it stopped working but it's been working great since. It is a good little camera, if you don't get a lemon like we did when we ordered my mom's.

I got my camera last night. A nice little camera, easy to set up and use, small so it doesn't block my view of the road, however, when I tried to upload videos to my Mac, there weren't any. They were in the camera as I could watch them, just couldn't get them to display on my Mac.I formatted the microSD card correctly If this is not Mac compatible, Conbrov could put that info out there for consumers. I e-mailed their customer service department just a short while ago.I hope to have a resolution soon.Conbrov customer support got back to me pretty quickly. They asked what video player I used and I told them Quicktime. I also asked what I should use. It's been 24 hours and haven't heard a thing. The camera itself works great, but if I can't upload them to the computer, then what's the point of owning it. If I don't hear from them in the next two days, I'll return it to Amazon.Customer support got back to me. They told me VLC Player or Km Player will work. I've used VLC player before on a different video recorder and it worked perfectly. The Conbrov camera still won't upload videos. KM player also doesn't work either. As of 12.21.2018, I've never been able to upload videos to my mac. I've kept the camera because I could watch the video on the tiny LCD screen. Now, I'm getting SD card is full and I can't get rid of it. I'm frustrated and disappointedIt's too bad because this is a neat little camera.12.29.2018 Per customer service, I've reset the camera a dozen times and still can't get rid of the SD card is Full message. Now, I'm getting a Formatting Error message that I can't get rid of. I'd like to return this but realistically, i've had it too long. Between Conbrov not having a clean cut resolution for a Mac application and the repeated failures of this unit, I'd recommend a more expensive unit with a track record of excellent customer service with product reliability. I'll downgrade my review to one star.

Yep, I think the sun killed it, but thats a shame because its designed as a dash camera... ugh.

I was skeptical in the beginning about the camera size even though it is Compact and small and is still getting the job done. the video footage is excellent delivers what it says looks like 1080p full HD 140 degree view looks great easy to install, in my car right now I'm loving it I like it I'm going to order another.

The camera itself is great but it does not stick to the windscreen for more than 24-48 hours. I have had to take it off permanently because it keeps falling off. Anyone else had this issue?

for it's size and what it's supposed to do, it's a great dash cam.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT! Knobs do not work at all! Stopped working in no time. I wasted my money on this 😔
