phixilin iPhone X/XS Mobile Phone Case, Crystal Protective Silicone Case, Ultra-Thin Shockproof Anti-Scratch TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) Bumper Case/Cover - Rose Gold

I bought this case for my iphone XS and the fit is ok but i wouldn't say it's 100%, i have a feeling it was designed more for the iphone X than the iphone XS. The sides squeak near the bottom where the fit is slightly off, the gap at the bottom for the left hand speaker is larger than it needs to be, they have made the hole for both the right and the left speaker the same size but the left hand one is much smaller and doesn't need this big cut-out, there's also two holes cut out on the right hand side of the case near the bottom corner for no reason (this may be a poor attempt at ventilation).My main gripe though is that in the headline for this case it's described as 'crystal clear' and then in the description it also says that it has 'intense transparency' which are both a blatant lie and therefore completely misleading. The back is not crystal clear as stated and depicted in the photos it has tiny light grey coloured dots all over it which very much obscures the back of my lovely new iphone (meaning the whole reason for me buying it was pointless!). I'm annoyed because i actually choose this case over another very similar one specifically because this one said categorically that it was crystal clear!I would also say that it's quite an intense rose gold, not your typical subtle rose colour that we have previously had our iphones in, so if you think you're buying this to make your new iphone X/XS look a bit more like the old rose gold coloured iphone (which you now can't get the new iphone in) then i would probably buy another case as i would say it was more of a metallic pink than rose gold!I will be looking for a new case but have had to keep this one for the time being as interim protection!UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller today and they offered me a full refund without having to send back the case. They have also changed the case description as a result of the comments i made so hopefully people will now buy this case having better knowledge of what it’s actually like! I respect the sellers customer service and the changes they have made so good for them!

Fabulous case, great price, great coverage of the phone and great price.Tightly wraps around phone, feels secure and nice to hold... Good Quality and worth every penny.
