Bagel Caddy

I purchased this product for several reasons:- easy to view through- cutting guide- wooden cutting surface on bottom- affordabilityCONs: If you like thick bagels, you will have a tough time getting the bagel in and out of the caddy. You will need to hold on to the bagel & caddy securely & firmly from the top and use a steady saw-like motion with your bread knife to get a good cut. If you have a thin bagel, you have to hold the bagel & caddy from the top securely and use a steady saw-like motion with your bread knife to get a good cut.I purchased this to help my special needs teenager and my typical nine year old son how to cut a bagel safely. It is a very helpful start, but requires consistent adult supervision even after several practice runs. Would be a good tool to try for cooking classes for kids, special needs children & adults, occupational therapists, older adults.
