I’ve been using the GooDee Smart 4K Projector for a few months now, and it's genuinely a great value for casual home entertainment. The picture quality is sharp with rich colors, and the 800 ANSI lumens brightness is more than enough for both indoor and outdoor use. Having Netflix and Amazon Prime Video built-in is super convenient, and the 5G WiFi makes streaming smooth without any lag. I also love the Bluetooth connectivity for pairing with my soundbar—it makes movie nights feel like a mini theater at home!Two features I found especially useful are the zoom adjustment and vertical keystone correction, which allow flexible placement. That said, the keystone correction could be even more precise, and a finer zoom control would help for more exact positioning. Still, they work well enough for most setups.What truly impressed me, though, was the customer support. I ran into a minor technical issue and reached out—Anna from support went above and beyond to walk me through the fix. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving the problem. Kudos to Anna and the entire GooDee support team for such top-notch service. Highly recommended projector and a company that stands by its product!

I’m in love with this projector!!! I bought this to replace my old one which we haven’t made much use of. What I love about this is the Netflix and Prime already comes with it! I’m all about easy functionality without having to connect to a laptop or our cell phones. I love that it also has Bluetooth and the speaker is much louder than our old one. We’re looking forward for our summer having family movie nights in our backyard.

I purchased a projector from them about 7 or 8 months ago and it worked great until it stopped working. I called customer service and they quickly got me on track with a replacement. Anna in customer service was a pleasure to work with and her response was super quick. This is what everyone wants when dealing with customer service.

For the price range so far I'm extremely impressed. One of the complaints though is. Yes, it comes in with an App Store. and few built-in apps, but I cannot get apps such as Disney plus or Hulu. I have to use a fire stick for that. That kind of defeats the purpose of getting one with built and apps. unless I'm missing some way. But I even did the search for the apps in the App Store and came Up with nothing for Disney plus or Hulu or Parama plus a lot of the major streaming platforms aren't included and you can't get unless you use a fire stick, which again defeats the purpose of getting one with a built in apps

I liked the product very much for its brightness and ease of use. Its autofocus and remote control features are especially convenient. However, knowing I will need help in the future, I highly recommend GooDee's customer service. The lens cap was missing from my original shipment, and a message to Anna rectified that immediately. Note: Other suppliers may offer projectors that are similar in features, but product support matters most to me after the purchase. Thank you Anna and GooDee for your follow-up and kind help!

The projector has a compact size that makes it convenient for various setups, and its brightness exceeds expectations for a device of this scale. Additionally, the built-in speaker delivers surprisingly good sound quality. Overall, it offers solid performance at a very competitive price point.

Great image quality and the smart function makes it much more convenient than plugging in a bunch of things.The sound is tinny from the projector itself, but it connects to speakers easily.

Anna was very knowledgeable, thorough and helped with everything needed done. All in a timely fashion. She is an asset to Goodee. We need more people like her.
