I bought this product because I was noticing issues with bladder control and intimacy. Although I have done kegel exercises in the past, this is my first time using kegel balls. And I absolutely love these them! I don't have to remember to squeeze and release, because my body automatically latches on it after insertion. For beginners (like me) start off with the single ball until you feel comfortable and strong enough for the double. These balls has a soft, velvety feel to them and I can see why the word "pleasure" is included in the title. I can feel the ball move around inside with every movement I make or just siting still and it's definitely pleasurable and stimulating. Also, it's helped with my bladder control as well. Like all the other reviews, I do recommend using a water based lubricant because it make getting inside easier. These balls are easy to clean; just wash with mild soap and warm water and dry with a paper towel. These came in a nice and discreet package. I am surprised at the quality. I have been looking into kegel for some time but I wanted to get something that would be safe and effective. These are great and aesthetically pleasing. The silicon is soft and barely has a scent, which isn't even unpleasant (almost like chocolate lol). I am glad that these are a dual set because the single ball was too easy for me. I find the other one to be more effective. I can feel it with every step. There is a tiny ball inside each ball which makes a nice vibrating sensation. They are so easy to remove and clean with soap and warm water, as opposed to other kegel balls. I would definitely recommend this. I received this at a discount in order to provide an honest and unbiased review.
