I preordered this book as soon as I heard about it. As a music photographer myself, Christie Goodwin is one of my favorite photographers, so I knew I wanted it. While waiting for the US version to come out I managed to get a UK copy and I was immediately surprised. I had figured it was “just” a photo book, as in more of a coffee table book with nothing but photos. I was so wrong. It is a photo book, and so much more.First, let’s talk about the part I expected. Christie’s photos are amazing. She has the ability to capture images that are instantly iconic, like the image on page 181. Every image in this is that good.What I didn’t expect was the “book” part. I knew that the forward was written by Ed’s dad, but had no idea the book was full of great stories from Christie about her various shoots with Ed over the years. She can write, and she does so in a very approachable way. It’s like she’s telling you the story. Plus, Ed’s dad John didn’t just write the forward! Throughout the book John chimes in to describe a shot, or to explain why he likes it. This adds such an intimate feel to reading it.I now own two versions of the book, and even bought a third as a gift. This book is highly recommended, not only for Ed Sheeran fans, but for any music or photography fan.

Love this so far it so cool to was Ed had started to now plus you can see when he had no tattoos on his arm to a whole bunch. And seeing his cheeky side. I brought this used still looks new
