Great value for Speaker Mic
Purchased extra mics to use on different analog and digital HT's. Tried on TYT 380/Radioddity GD77/Baofeng RD5R. The sound on all was clear and when volume was turned all the way up no distortion and was clear. When transmitting with them did not show any "motorboating" issues on digital, which typically happens with cheaper mics. The TYT 380 has TX audio volume boost and sounded very loud/had to back off mic. On the GD77 and RD5R, sound was clear and normal since there is no audio boost available. Mics have standard Kenwood type plug for most Chinese style radios. Overall happy with the purchase!

Connection spacing slightly off - intermittent connection to radio
Tried in two Kenwood and four Baofeng UV-5Rs. The spacing of the pins is slightly off. They will fit into the microphone/speaker socket, but at a slight angle, and will not make good contact. You can get intermittent contact by applying pressure at certain spots on the plug, but these are simply unreliable. When the mic is functioning, it seems overly sensitive. Transmitting with another receiver 10 feet away, the audio feedback is instant and overpowering. It would *not* be suitable for an environment with any significant background noise. (The internal mics on the various tested radios don't have the same problem.)It's a shame, too. The housing seems pretty well made. The rotating clip is plastic, but beefy and the detents on rotation are sturdy. If this manufacturer ever gets their QA under control, these would be easily worth $20-$25 apiece, rather than the $14 I paid for the pair. But as-is, they are completely non-functional for their intended use, and thus entirely worthless.

Pretty neat units. They work after a bit of a hack
Once I received them, I plugged them into one of my radios (a Baofeng UV-5R) and noticed that the PTT functioned correctly, but both the audio and the brightness of the speaker-mic were too low. This was the case for both units that came in the package. After a while, I realized that I had to shave off one of the borders of the connectors (cut the corner) so that it plugged in correctly into my radio. After doing so, they work quite well and as expected.

GREAT !
Use with my TYT MD-380 UHF, TYT MD-380 VHF & TYT MD-UV380. Nobody reported any distortion or any odd noises. Speaker is clear and sharp as well.

Wanted to like this but...
Small size was perfect for what I need, microphone and speaker are both good, but the connection is poor. Any minor movement and the speaker cuts out. When that happens, sound does not play through the remote or radio so you won't know if you miss a transmission. Upon further inspection, the pins from the plug are loose and have a lot of play. Will be returning these.

Child's toy
This is unusable to me in my line of work. I have big hands so it looks and feels funny in them. The sound is ok but everything else sucks, I would be going back to Baofeng brand, for about the same price you get better quality.

Work Great
They are a little small but they work much better that the cheap ones you get with the radio.
