falls off
I love how comfortable it is but it doesn't fit tight enough and by the time you get it to your shoulders it falls off and you have to start all over again. They need some kind of Velcro attachment to keep it on!

Bringing to the gym
I bring this item to the gym all the time. It is more comfortable than the ones at the gym. Thick padding, no sliding off the bar, and it stays comfortably positioned on my shoulders.

Dangerous!
It says it's nonslip which is true when it's not falling off the bat! Slipped off while doing heavy squats and threw me off balance making me fall backwards. Very dangerous. Falls off for hip thrusts as well. Too late to return.

This males hop thrusting so much better. I was tired of using a rolled up mat. Great item for leg day!

Best pad for squats and even better for hip bridges with barbell and/Or Smith Machine. Secure pad.
