This Radar sensor works great if anything it works to well.
This Radar sensor works great if anything it works to well. This sensor never misses any movement in fact on my porch when the wind blows and moves the tall ornamental grass the lights turn on. If you put this type of sensor on the basement ceiling and walk on the floor above the sensor it will turn on the lights. Yes this sensor will sense you thru doors, walls ceiling and floors and turn on the lights.I have different radar sensor in the garage it is great but outdoors or in a basement is not the place to put this sensor.FYI this sensor is smaller than a US standard 4 inch round electrical box. To use it you will need to get a 3 inch round box like Lowes Item # 71003
