I own 2 of these beautiful waterfalls. I have one against the wall to the left and right of our Italian leather sofa in the living room. It looks incredible. The only downside is you need to run them for a while everyday in the summer months if you live in a humid climate. Otherwise the water will get stagnant and when you run them they can give off an odor. To clean them you will need a good sized wet vac to remove the water and clean the inside base with paper towels. Don’t use any cleaning agents due to it could mess up your pump and clog the water jets. Not to mention it can leave a residue on the mirror while not in operation. To clean the mirror use window cleaner when the glass is dry obviously. Lastly only use distilled water in it so mineral deposits that are in spring and tap water won’t also affect the pump and water jets. I hope you find this review useful.

I love, love, love this piece!!! So easy to install, and it's such a beautiful highlight of my living room. Side note you do have to replenish with water often.

I bought this for my office and it is really great. It does exactly what I wanted making a gentle water sound and adding a calming and professional atmosphere. Yes you need to use distilled water, but I bought a water distiller for about $100 and so we can add water whenever necessary. A couple things to note about set up and implementation.- Too few stones: I bought additional stones to go in the tray at the bottom. Not a big deal, but it was an extra $10 on Amazon.- The tray and pump can vibrate a little bit. This is easily fixed by coating the bottom and sides of the tray with rubber cement (don't glue it down, but let the cement dry). This absorbs the vibration. Also, use large rubber bands to hold the pump on the foam pad in the water tank so that it doesn't touch the sides.- The styrofoam packaging is necessary. HOWEVER, you must remove ALL bits and small pieces of styrofoam. I thought I did a good job of this, but two tiny pieces got in the water outlets at the top of the mirror and caused water to spurt or not cover the mirror. Using a paperclip I was able to pick these out and now it functions perfectly.- It is also very important to level the fountain or have it leaning backwards slightly so that water covers the mirror and doesn't splash on the floor. Stuff cardboard under the base if you are in an old funky building like mine.- I highly recommend getting a timer so that it will turn on before you open in the morning and turn off around closing time. It takes a few minutes for water to cover the mirror when starting in the morning and it's nice to enter the office with it already running.All in all I love it and would buy it all over again!

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful piece. I throw get togethers and have people over to my home, quite often. Nearly every single person that walks thru my door makes a comment on how nice the fountain looks. I’ve had this for five years- leave it running 24/7. The first one I had started to be a little too worn after 4 years, and I replaced it with an identical model. I fill with tap water, about every 3 days? It does get dirty, and sometimes the water holes get clogged and shoot water everywhere. It’s easily fixable with a pipe cleaner. Highly recommend this product. Pictures are showing how it fits with my decor.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered two of these and I would say, the price was worth it! We placed it on our entryway and I get a lot of compliments from visitors... It gives you that "spa" feeling, sometimes I just sit in our living room listening to the tranquility the water flow brings.It was very easy to assemble. You just have to attached the mirror to the base and then all the small parts are very simple to put together.We used distilled water and it's all worth it. It don't leave any water marks at all and it's actually back to being crystal clear when the mirror dries. We run it about 8-10 hours a day maybe 3-4x a week and we probably add a liter of water only after about using it a total of 5 days. We use it indoor and that's probably the reason why it dont waste water that much!The water pump could get noisy when it's touching the sides. It creates that vibrating sound that could be annoying, all you need to do is move it away from the sides and then that noise stops...I wanted to change the stones since those stones are not really that attractive but im afraid that if I use a different set of stones, it might dirty the water and it might create streak marks on the mirror so I decided to just stay with the ones that came with it.I am in love with these waterfall mirror fountain. I hope they last long!!! We shall see!
