ok, so this is a puppet, its a little small, floppy, and looks odd to me. My kid adores it. It does look as if the cherecter stepped out of the book, (pete is just a little odd) , and it is stitched well.Definately reccommend for any little pete the cat fan.

The media could not be loaded. This is the cutest thing ever , I bought it as a gift for my 7 year old brother with autism. He loves Pete the cat and this was a cute gift. I thought it was just a plushie but turns out hes a puppet !! The price was really great for a cute plushie that was about a foot tall . It’s super simple to use as a puppet to , only three inserts for your fingers. It made me giggle endlessly and the material is super soft !! 5 Stars for sure !!

It’s a lot different than a stuffed animal and you can make Pete’s paws move. My nephew’s small hands and not fit inside, but he makes it work. My nephew holds it when he reads Pete the Cat books with his mom. It’s a nice gift for a 2-5 year old!
