This product is in an easy to take and convenient pill form. I use Creatine supps as well and absolutely hate anything in powder form. Besides that the product arrived quickly and in a short period of taking I've seen tighter muscle growth and improved energy. Positive side effects listed are cognitive function and joint strength so I will see.

Used Regains and TGains since March 2023. I took them because my brother in law recommended all the herbs in there when I was trying to conceive back in 2006. Together, they increased my sex drive and I think my biceps, triceps, and deltoids, look bigger and more ripped and I haven't been working out other than on the elliptical. Contrast to when I was 25 through 40 working out with 17 lb weights 3 to 7 times a week, 5 excercises, 12 reps 1 to 3 sets. But, I also think this caused a swelling at the ankles.I quit Regains about 3 nights ago (2023-08-20ish) and I have my left ankle back...the right one is taking a little longer to de-swell.Now caveat, as of my last blood test (2023-06) I have entered the diabetes range on the A1C (after a slow rise over the past 20 years) and I started Crestor and have been taking Pantoprozol during the same period...but the only thing I quit was the Regains and saw a difference within days. I mention this because HGH supplements according to the internet can aggravate diabetes.

This product did absolutely nothing. I took the whole bottle and was very disappointed. I was taking the Bucked up brand before trying this product. I tried this because it was cheaper but man let me tell you this product was a massive dud.
