This is the second time I have purchased this case. The first case lasted 2 years. I have seen some people complain that the case yellows over time. This is true but it changes evenly over time to a yellow gold, kind of a woody color. If that is a deal breaker for you, so be it. I find the case very comfortable in my hand. The case buttons work well, and if, like me, you find the Bixby button to be annoying because you can't re-purpose it, it is very simple to remove the button from the case, thus eliminating accidental presses. I primarily use wireless charging and it works flawlessly with the case on. The case is easy to remove for cleaning but I have never had it come off unintentionally. The case has also protected my phone very well the few times I have dropped it. It also accommodates the installation of a screen protector (which was purchased separately). One last point, when I remove the case the phone still looks new.

Very nice case. It feels nice in the hand. The buttons function smoothly and crisp. Phone fits snuggly inside the case. I will buy this brand again.

Last about a year but very durable and pretty clear. Yellows through time due to sun. Ordered 2nd year and still love it.

I am happy with this case. I was looking for a new, red case and I bought it immediately based off of another reviewer pointing out that you can remove the Bixby button and I was sold on that alone. Reviews really help, so thanks to the person who took the time to point that out. I hate the Bixby button!The price was right, the red color is great, the texture is nice, and the case seems to protect well.The one frustrating thing is that I cannot connect into the headphone jack with the case on; it won't let me push the jack I have all the way in. I could probably shave it down a little, but I just wish it worked in the first place.

Love the case. No frills and fits the Galaxy Note like a glove. Definitely feel like this is the most durable phone case I have ever had and I work my phone hard. Comparable to Otter Box without the extra weight and ugly form factor. I've dropped my phone so many times and it keeps on rolling. I eventually bought second one for the same phone about eighteen months later. Great return on investment there's not even a scratch on the phone.

I was a little disappointed when I saw the product. Not much quality there for 9.99 + shipping.
