Excellent resource
Very good workbook. Suitable for teens and upwards. Very easy to understand and great layout. Exercises are simple to understand and not too complicated. As a counsellor I'll be recommending this to all my clients with anxiety from now on.

Nothing great
Although this is quite a nice book I felt there should be more helpful advice and tips ,to be fare it does say it's a workbook but a bit more information in the book would have been helpful .
